Maracaibo break (65% cocoa content) with almond slivers

Maracaibo is one of our dark premium couverture chocolates, made with 65% Criollo cocoa from Venezuela. It has a delightful aroma of coffee and plums, with a slightly sweet finish.

The combination with almonds makes them a special taste experience.

Our tip: Chew each piece two or three times and then let it melt between your palate and tongue. This allows the full flavor to unfold.
