Piura Porcelana dark chocolate (75% cocoa content), 50g

Piura Porcelana, with 75% Porcelana cocoa from Peru, is one of our bitter fine couverture chocolates. It is made from white cocoa beans and has delightful notes of fruit and nuts, which come into their own in the delicate, coarsely broken chocolate bars.

Our tip: Chew each piece two or three times and then let it melt between your palate and tongue. This allows the full flavor to unfold.
