Are you a chocolate museum?

  • No, unfortunately not. However, it would be our dream for the future to establish a chocolate museum in addition to our retail store.

 

Do you have Dubai chocolate?

  • Due to popular demand, we also offer our own "Dubai Creation."

 

Can I include a greeting card with my order?

  • We would be delighted to assist you. Please add a greeting card to your shopping cart and enter your greeting message in the "Comments" text field during the final step of the ordering process. This will be handwritten on the card.

 

For which age group is the children's seminar suitable?

  • The minimum age is 8 years. Children over 14 years of age are welcome to participate in the adult seminar. 

 

May I accompany my child to the children's seminar?

  • The event is intended exclusively for children. An accompanying adult is not necessary and is also not desired, so that the children can relax and enjoy the event.

 

I cannot find my desired seminar date in the calendar. What can I do?

  • Either this day is already fully booked or no appointment is scheduled here. Please send an inquiry to info@michis-schokoatelier.de to find out and, if necessary, arrange an individual appointment.

 

Do you also offer gift certificates?

  • Yes, we also offer gift certificates. These can be purchased and redeemed both online and on site. The recipient can choose whether they would like to use it to make a purchase from us or redeem it for a seminar.
