Maracaibo is one of our dark premium couverture chocolates, made with 65% Criollo cocoa from Venezuela. It has a delightful aroma of coffee and plums, which gives it a slightly sweet finish. The combination with orange oil makes this chocolate a fruity and tart taste experience, which is perfectly rounded off with dried rose petals and pistachio pieces.

Our tip: Chew each piece two or three times and then let it melt between your palate and tongue. This allows the full flavor to unfold.
