Costa Rica break (40% cocoa content) with raspberries & violets, 50g

With 40% Criollo cocoa from Costa Rica, "Costa Rica" is one of our premium milk chocolate couverture. Due to its higher cocoa content, it is a milk chocolate with a pleasant caramel flavor and an intense chocolate aroma, which comes into its own in the delicate, coarsely broken chocolate bars.

The combination with dried raspberries and crystallized violets makes the chocolate a fruity-sweet taste experience.

Our tip: Chew each piece two or three times and then let it melt between your palate and tongue. This allows the full flavor to unfold.
