With 40% Criollo cocoa from Costa Rica, "Costa Rica" is one of our premium milk chocolate couverture. Due to its higher cocoa content, it is a milk chocolate with a pleasant caramel flavor and an intense chocolate aroma, which comes into its own in the delicate, coarsely broken chocolate bars.

The combination with crushed cocoa beans and passion fruit crispy makes the chocolate a crunchy, sweet and tart taste experience.
