Our "Blonde Chocolate" is a fine white chocolate with a cocoa content of 35%, whose sugar content has been caramelized through extensive conching. This gives the chocolate a very fine and full-bodied cream caramel aroma and an incredibly creamy texture, which is particularly evident in the delicate, coarsely broken chocolate bars.
Our tip: Chew each piece two or three times and then let it melt between your palate and tongue. This allows the full flavor to unfold.
