Our Kir Royal truffle is perfect for lovers of fine champagne combined with fruity redcurrant jelly.
We use original Marc de Champagne brandy, which is combined with fine white chocolate and cream to create a delicious truffle cream. Our chocolatiers then fill each hollow chocolate shell, made from white chocolate coating and redcurrant jelly, by hand. Visually rounded off with red cocoa butter, this praline is a fruity-sweet taste experience with a slight buzz!
One pack contains either 8 or 10 pralines.
