Our apple calvados praline is perfect for lovers of fruity apples.

For this creation made from delicious apples and dark chocolate from Venezuela, we use the finest Calvados from Normandy, which is combined with a hint of service tree and other ingredients to create a delicately melting cream. Our chocolatiers fill this cream individually and by hand into hollow praline shells made from dark chocolate couverture. The fruity, tart flavor makes the apple and Calvados praline a special taste experience.
Each package contains either 8 or 10 pralines.
