Our green fairy is something for absinthe lovers.

The filling, made from original absinthe (77.7% alcohol by volume) combined with dark chocolate from Venezuela, is individually hand-filled by our chocolatiers into hollow praline shells made from dark chocolate couverture, making this chocolate treat a taste experience for the brave.
Each pack contains either 8 or 10 pralines.

A tip from your chocolate team: enjoy pralines with all your senses. Place the praline on your tongue and let it melt slowly until the shell softens a little, then crack it open and inhale the aroma...
