Our Grie-Soß truffles are perfect for lovers of this spicy herb sauce.

We use only the best herbs from the region for our Grie sauce filling, which is combined with white chocolate and fine cream to create a holistic taste experience. The truffle cream is filled individually and by hand by our chocolatiers into the hollow pralines prepared from white couverture, which are decorated with green cocoa butter. A delicacy that slowly melts on the tongue.
One package contains either 8 or 10 pralines.

A tip from your chocolate team: enjoy pralines with all your senses. Place the praline on your tongue and let it melt slowly until the shell softens a little, then crack it open and inhale the aroma...
