Our caramel salt confectionery is perfect for lovers of salted caramel.
The delicious caramel cream is cooked by our chocolatiers themselves, refined with virgin almond oil, and then individually filled by hand into hollow praline shells made from dark chocolate couverture. The combination of bitter dark chocolate and salty caramel filling makes this confection a special taste experience. Each pack contains either 8 or 10 chocolates.
A tip from your chocolate team: enjoy pralines with all your senses. Place the praline on your tongue and let it melt slowly until the shell softens a little, then crack it open and inhale the aroma...
