Our medlar praline is perfect for lovers of this Hessian specialty drink:

A creation made from delicious service tree fruit, medlars marinated in Calvados, and the finest dark chocolate from Venezuela. The melt-in-the-mouth multi-component cream is filled individually and by hand by our chocolatiers into the hollow praline shells prepared from dark chocolate couverture. The combination of tipsy medlar and dark chocolate makes this praline a fruity and tart taste experience.
One package contains either 8 or 10 pralines.

A tip from your chocolate team: enjoy pralines with all your senses. Place the praline on your tongue and let it melt slowly until the shell softens a little, then crack it open and inhale the aroma...
