With 40% Criollo cocoa from Costa Rica, "Costa Rica" is one of our premium whole milk couverture chocolates. Due to its higher cocoa content, it is a milk chocolate with a pleasant caramel flavor and an intense chocolate aroma.
Refined with honey-salt almonds and fiery chili, this bar is a salty-sweet treat with a slight spiciness.
