With 40% Criollo cocoa from Costa Rica, "Costa Rica" is one of our premium milk chocolate couverture. Due to its higher cocoa content, it is a milk chocolate with a pleasant caramel flavor and an intense chocolate aroma.
Filled with a delicate almond nougat cream, it is a nutty and creamy treat.
Our tip: Chew each piece two or three times and then let it melt between your palate and tongue. This allows the full flavor to unfold.
