Maracaibo is one of our premium milk chocolate couvertures, containing 49% Criollo cocoa from Venezuela. Refined with fine cream, it has a particularly delicate melt and yet a very strong flavor thanks to its high cocoa content.
Our tip: Chew each piece two or three times and then let it melt between your palate and tongue. This allows the full flavor to unfold.
