Piura Porcelana, with 75% Porcelana cocoa from Peru, is one of our bitter fine couverture chocolates. It is made from white cocoa beans and has delightful notes of fruit and nuts.

Combined with pecans, dried raspberries and cherries, and crunchy pistachios, it becomes a particularly nutty and fruity taste experience.

Our tip: Chew each piece two or three times and then let it melt between your palate and tongue. This allows the full flavor to unfold.
