Maracaibo is one of our dark premium couverture chocolates, made with 65% Criollo cocoa from Venezuela. It has a delightful aroma of coffee and plums, with a slightly sweet finish.
This board is decorated with lettering on edible white chocolate and sprinkled with crystallized mint, dried raspberries, and fruity passion fruit crispies.
It measures 13 cm x 7.5 cm and weighs between 75 and 80 grams.
Our tip: Chew each piece two or three times and then let it melt between your palate and tongue. This allows the full flavor to unfold.
