"Costa Rica" is one of our premium milk chocolate couverture blends, containing 40% Criollo cocoa from Costa Rica. Due to its higher cocoa content, it is a milk chocolate with a pleasant caramel flavor and an intense chocolate aroma.
The 500g bar is adorned with a handwritten greeting and half a Frankfurt Bembel made of dark Maracaibo chocolate (65% cocoa content), which is filled with five nougat pralines. A decoration of marzipan flowers frames the arrangement.

Our tip: Chew each piece two or three times and then let it melt between your palate and tongue. This allows the full flavor to unfold.
